Product condition
Products may be sold as new, open-box, display, scratch-and-dent, refurbished or pre-owned. The applicable condition should appear on the order together with known cosmetic or functional notes. Buyers should request current photos and verify the model and serial number.
Availability and pricing
Inventory rotates and may sell before the website is updated. Availability and price are not final until confirmed by the store and documented on an accepted order or invoice. Website examples are not reservations.
Delivery and installation
Delivery, installation, haul-away, stair service, building requirements, special handling, parts and trade work are included only when specifically written on the order. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate access and site-condition information unless a separate site inspection is documented.
Inspection and damage reporting
Customers should inspect the model, serial, exterior, interior and included accessories at delivery. Any visible damage, missing item or discrepancy should be documented immediately with photos and reported using the contact information on the order.
Warranty, return and exchange terms
Coverage can vary by product condition, manufacturer status and individual sale. No manufacturer or seller warranty, return right or exchange right should be assumed unless it is written for the specific item. Any “as-is” term must also be clearly stated on the order.
Final written agreement
The accepted invoice, purchase agreement, attached condition photos and written service scope form the controlling transaction record. Customers should review them before payment.
