Order-specific terms

Confirm return and change terms before payment.

Return eligibility, cancellations, order changes, fees, timing, and transportation obligations can depend on the exact appliance and order. Do not assume a universal policy.

What to document

Put the important conditions in the written quote.

This page is a planning guide. It does not promise that a particular appliance can be returned, cancelled, exchanged, or changed.

  1. 01

    Eligibility

Whether the exact item is returnable or cancellable, including any condition, display, special-order, clearance, or final-sale treatment.

  2. 02

    Timing

The event that begins any applicable period and the method and deadline for giving notice.

  3. 03

    Condition and packaging

Required product condition, documentation, accessories, panels, packaging, and inspection.

  4. 04

    Costs and logistics

Any fee, restocking charge, delivery or pickup responsibility, disconnection, labor, or nonrefundable service.

  5. 05

    Issue reporting

Who to contact, what evidence to preserve, and how transit, cosmetic, fit, or functional concerns will be reviewed.

If something is wrong

Document first and contact promptly.

  • Keep the quote, invoice, model, serial, and item reference together.
  • Photograph the appliance, packaging, and relevant site condition.
  • Preserve parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging until instructed otherwise.
  • Avoid installation or modification that could obscure the reported issue.
  • Contact the party identified in the applicable written terms.
Before authorizing payment

Ask for the terms tied to your order.

For current terms on a specific appliance, reference the model or internal item reference and request the complete written quote.
